Congress is not weakened by alliance: General Secretary Sharma

Nepali Congress General Secretary Bishwaprakash Sharma has said that an electoral alliance has been formed to defend the constitution.

“We have to form an alliance to defend the constitution, not to weaken the Congress,” he said at an election rally in Tilottama, Rupandehi, on Thursday.

He also urged the people to read the manifestos of both the Congress and the UML and cast their votes in a prudent manner.

“There is no bigger building for the people’s representatives than the health of the people,” he said.

He said that the plan to build a roundabout at Tilottam was excellent, adding that the plan to convert the administrative building into a hospital was commendable.
