Kamana Seva became the first development bank in Nepal to issue credit cards

    Kathmandu . Kamana Seva Vikas Bank, which has been providing services through the latest technology as per the wishes of the esteemed customers, has also launched a credit card service with the objective of providing all-accessible and state-of-the-art banking services.

    The Bank has succeeded in becoming the first development bank in Nepal to formally launch credit card service from Monday, March 7, 2078 BS.

    Chairman of the Bank Sudip Acharya and Director Bishweshwor Subedi jointly inaugurated the credit card service. Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Pravin Basnet and other employees of the Bank and media persons were present on the occasion.

    Mr. Sudip Acharya, Chairman of the Development Bank, said that Kamana Seva has become one of the best development banks as it has moved ahead by fulfilling the desires and needs of the customers by bringing new types of products among the development banks.

    Credit card transactions can be secured through point of sale transactions, cash can be withdrawn from ATMs accepting Visa cards, minimum Nepali Rupees 1000 or up to 10 percent of the total debit amount can be withdrawn when making payments, interest free for minimum 15 to 45 days Credit Card Limits range from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 500,000 and can be easily used in Nepal as well as in India.
