Kathmandu, Jan. 2 The Ministry of Home Affairs has decided to grant public leave on December 19 (Sunday). The government has given leave to the concerned communities across the country and Kathmandu Valley on the occasion of Udhauli festival, Yomri Punhi-Jyapu Day.
